- the DriverPay website at www.driver-pay.co.uk (the “Website”), and
- the DriverPay platform, including any driver and administrator portals, features, and services made available through the Website (the “Service”).
By using the Website or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Service.

- Operators / Fleet administrators / Businesses (organisations and their authorised staff).
You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.
7. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- You must not share login details except where your organisation has authorised this.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised access, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website or Service:
- in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- to transmit or upload harmful code (including viruses);
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, Service, servers, databases, or any user accounts;
- to interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Website or Service;
- to upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes another person’s rights.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
9. Service features and responsibilities
9.1 Platform role
DriverPay provides tools to support document management and payment-related workflows between drivers and operators. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DriverPay acts as a technology provider and does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.
9.2 Driver responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for:
- ensuring information and documents they upload are accurate, complete, and up to date;
- ensuring they have the right to upload and share any documents or personal data;
- keeping their account secure.
9.3 Operator / business responsibilities
Operators and businesses are responsible for:
- ensuring they have a lawful basis to process any personal data they upload or manage through the Service;
- ensuring any instructions they give drivers through the Service are accurate and lawful;
- managing user access for their organisation.
10. Payments, fees, and third-party payment processors
10.1 Fees
Fees (including any subscription fees, per-driver fees, setup fees, or other charges) will be as set out:
- on the Website,
- in the Service, and/or
- in a separate order form or agreement with the relevant operator/business.
10.2 Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe and/or WorldPay).
- You may be required to accept the payment providers’ terms.
- We do not control payment providers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10.3 Chargebacks and disputes
Where a payment is disputed or charged back, we may share relevant transaction information with the payment provider and the relevant operator/business to help resolve the dispute.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part) if we reasonably believe:
- you have breached these Terms;
- your account has been compromised;
- continued access may cause harm to the Service, other users, or us;
- we are required to do so by law or a regulator.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide notice.
12. Data protection and privacy
Your use of the Website and Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (where applicable).
Where you are an operator/business, you may have additional responsibilities under UK data protection law for any personal data you process using the Service.
13. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own (or are licensed to use) all intellectual property rights in the Website, Service, and content.
- You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own lawful use.
- You must not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Website or Service content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

- We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Service, including (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
